Founded by artist and writer Perveen Kaur, Evolution of Stuff was born from a personal journey of loss, healing, and self-discovery. After years of intense self-study and therapy, Perveen realised how understanding the roots of her struggles, both biological and societal, helped her make better choices, find peace, and live more purposefully. Now, she shares this knowledge with the hope of helping others find moments of clarity and contentment amidst the chaos of modern life.
